This 50 unit condo building on the UT North Campus was completely repainted. A Frame repaired and replaced and extensive amount of siding and trim, trimmed the trees, cleaned the gutters and added gutter screens. Following A Frame Services work on the project Oakview won the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Award for Curb Appeal. Additionally, Travis Oaks Condominiums was another winner that A Frame did extensive work on.
